Position Summary...What you'll do...Job Description- Work with the Production Scheduler to develop weekly production plans and ensure the appropriate materials are available to support production lines.
- Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors while monitoring plant performance to ensure daily operations meet production targets and business objectives.
- Partner with the Maintenance team to establish work priorities and identify production-area work windows for maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to support associate-driven improvement initiatives focused on enhancing production performance.
- Ensure all production areas, facility equipment, and personnel comply with Safety and Food Safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment, produce wholesome products, and ensure audit readiness.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, food science, engineering, business management, or related area and 5 years' experience in progressive leadership roles in a manufacturing environment.
Option 2: 10 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing or dairy processing.
