Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field
• Solid understanding of production processes and supply chain
• Strong knowledge of Excel and confident in data entry and analysis
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Highly organized with tremendous attention to detail
• A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own production process steps for jewelry, accessories, and packaging product lines
• Place purchase orders with domestic and overseas vendors
• Meticulously track status of production and samples to meet deliveries on time while upholding quality standards
• Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional partners and provide proactive feedback
• Troubleshoot with vendors and internal partners on production/sourcing issues
• Review weekly WIPs to prevent production issues or delays
• Responsible for timely communication of delivery updates to internal partners
