Production/Sales Manager
We're seeking a dynamic Production/Sales Manager to lead and grow our in-home sales team. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with operational support to drive branch performance and revenue.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of in-home estimators to hit and exceed targets
- Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Recruit, interview, and onboard top-tier sales talent
- Ride along with sales reps to coach and improve their sales techniques
- Call and follow up on missed sales opportunities to recover lost revenue
- Enforce compliance with CRM and operational systems across the sales team
- Be available after hours for team calls to help close critical deals
- Maintain and analyze reports to track team performance and identify areas of improvement
Who You Are:
- Proven sales leader with strong in-home or home service sales experience
- Skilled in coaching, motivating, and holding teams accountable
- Organized, results-driven, and data-oriented
- Confident communicator who thrives under pressure
- Self-motivated with a bias for action
Compensation:
$80,000-$95,000 annually, depending on experience.
