Full Job Description
Figure's vision is to deploy autonomous humanoids at a global scale. Our Manufacturing team is looking for a Production Lead to help drive daily execution on the factory floor. In this role, you'll work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to deliver against production schedules while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll be hands-on, coordinating work across teams, resolving issues in real time, and stepping onto the line when needed to keep builds on track. Shift Schedule: 2pm-10:30pm

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $80,000 - $105,000 annually.
