Full Job Description
Production Coordinator

Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Production Coordinator to help oversee and scale a rapidly growing slate of original series and films.

This role will sit at the center of our creative and production operation, working closely with filmmakers, writers, editors, designers, composers, producers, and company leadership to keep projects moving efficiently from development through release.

You'll help manage the master production schedule, track deadlines and budgets, coordinate paperwork and deliverables, and build new organizational systems as our studio continues to scale.

This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and have a meaningful impact on how a modern studio operates as we grow from roughly 10 active series to 30+ and manage millions of dollars in production.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain the master production schedule across multiple series and projects
  • Track production milestones, episode status, release dates, and approaching deadlines
  • Communicate proactively with creative teams to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Coordinate across filmmakers, writers, editors, designers, composers, sound teams, and other production partners
  • Ensure production paperwork, contracts, deliverables, and documentation are organized and properly maintained
  • Track project budgets, invoices, production spend, and cost-per-episode across the slate
  • Flag scheduling, budget, or production risks before they become larger issues
  • Help manage weekly production priorities and communicate updates to leadership
  • Create and maintain scalable organizational systems as the number of productions and creative partners grows
  • Support onboarding and coordination of new freelancers, vendors, and production team members
  • Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and company leadership on broader production planning and studio operations
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience in production coordination, production management, creative operations, or a similar role
  • Extremely strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple productions, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Comfortable working directly with a wide range of creative personalities and disciplines
  • Experience tracking budgets, invoices, contracts, or production paperwork
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Frame.io, Monday, or similar production-management platforms
  • Experience in film, television, animation, digital media, or another creative production environment is preferred
  • Interest in AI-powered filmmaking and emerging entertainment technology is a plus
