Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years in electronics manufacturing or depot repair; additional experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Skilled in organizing diverse scopes of work for successful program execution.
• Extensive experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Minimum of 4 years in a team management role.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management and database management systems.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operational management of multiple programs to meet business standards.
• Support internal/external customers in defining manufacturing requirements.
• Provide input to processes and operational plans for organizational strategies.
• Offer hands-on expertise in program execution across all facets.
• Monitor and direct operations of matrixed staff.
• Review work products for compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage program deliverables to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Leverage existing customer relationships to expand business opportunities.
• Provide regular program status updates to stakeholders.
• Estimate labor and material requirements for new business opportunities.
