Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years in Electronics manufacturing or Depot Repair; additional experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in organizing complex scopes of work for effective program execution.
• Extensive proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• 4+ years of team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Configuration Management and database management systems.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct operational management of concurrent programs to meet business and contractual standards.
• Support internal/external customers and development teams to define manufacturing plans.
• Provide input to processes and standards to implement strategies.
• Offer Subject Matter Expertise for program execution.
• Monitor and direct matrixed staff operations.
• Review work products for completeness and compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage program deliverables to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Leverage existing customer relationships for business expansion.
• Deliver regular program status updates to stakeholders.
• Estimate labor and materials for new business opportunities.
