Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • 3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

As a Product Strategy and Operations leader on the AI Transformation Upskilling team, you will help build the "Nerve Center" for Google's next-generation, intent-driven AI Transformation products and programs. You will play a vital role in reimagining the operating system for delivering in-the-flow learning that is hyper-personalized and upskills Googlers at scale. Our roles often include components of strategy, operations, and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions across Google.

In this role, you will manage a team and help to drive the strategic partnerships on various strategic topics related to AI Transformation. You will act as the single source of truth and lead these efforts to ensure the AI learning engagements across Google are efficient and impactful.

We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
