  • Partner with engineering, data, analytics, design, and business teams to support assigned product activities and help ensure requirements are understood.
  • Perform structured product testing, document results, verify straightforward data and workflow outcomes, and raise defects or concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Review basic product usage, data-quality, and stakeholder feedback signals to help the team identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Support product demonstrations, working sessions, and stakeholder touchpoints by preparing materials, capturing decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Learn the capabilities, limitations, and responsible-use considerations of the data platforms, AI technologies, and products supported by the team.
  • Identify and escalate risks, roadblocks, data-quality concerns, privacy questions, or unclear requirements to Product Managers and other experienced team members.
  • Build stable working relationships across the team and exchange clear, timely information with colleagues, project leads, and immediate supervisors.
  • Contribute to product documentation and team practices that support consistent, secure, scalable, and user-centered delivery.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1+ year of relevant professional, internship, academic, or project experience supporting product development, software delivery, data and analytics, AI, business analysis, or a related technical area.
  • Foundational knowledge of data concepts and modern technology environments
  • Ability to follow established processes, and execute assigned activities with guidance from more experienced team members.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to document work clearly, track follow-ups, and manage multiple assigned tasks.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Sound judgment to recognize issues, raise red flags, and escalate roadblocks appropriately.
  • Interest in learning and applying responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, and accessibility practices in product development.

Desired Characteristics:
