  • Support and execute rollout plans for new features, including testing, communication, training, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Drive adoption through training, guidance, and ongoing support, coordinating with IT and vendor partners on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Gather feedback and monitor adoption and usage trends to identify opportunities to improve functionality, usability, and workflow integration.
  • Act as a liaison between end users, Product, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Document use cases and best practices to support advisor enablement and effective tool usage.
  • Configure and contextualize productivity tools to fit CAPTRUST advisor workflows.
  • Document workflows, configurations, and requirements within the vendor product space to support enhancements and operational consistency.
