What you’ll be doing...
In this role, you will lead the strategy development, planning, execution, performance management, and governance of a high-touch product/service and sales channel . You’ll leverage your product management, product marketing, sales, customer experience, and vendor management expertise across these primary focus areas:
Product Management: Continuous improvement of the offering, journey, and experience
Reporting and Analytics: Utilizing data to uncover opportunities to enhance the experience and grow revenue
Sales Enablement & Field Engagement: Strategizing with Sales Enablement teams and participating in field visits
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partnering within a cross-functional/cross-organizational business unit and managing a vendor relationship
Executive Communication: Crafting presentations and delivering program updates to senior and executive leadership teams
Governance: Developing and monitoring controls to drive compliance and mitigate risks

You are results-driven with a proven track record in improving processes, managing products, managing programs, and delivering on high-value and high-visibility initiatives. You have a strategic yet pragmatic approach with an ability to balance vision with operational reality, turning bold ideas into viable business outcomes. You excel in stakeholder alignment and are skilled at building consensus, influencing decisions, and managing internal and external partners. You’re an adaptive leader with the ability to quickly adjust to changing scope, priorities, teams, and direction while leading with sustained motivation and performance.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Product Management experience
Project/Program Management experience
Experience with Sales and Sales Channels Management
Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
Process Improvement experience
Experience in building Business Cases
Experience in Vendor Management
Experience with the Agile Software Development Methodology
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Process Improvement
Knowledge of Supply Chains and product distribution models
Experience in data analytics
Experience with AI in process automation
Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner)
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and team-building skills.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $140,500.00 - $245,000.00.
