Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Associate Senior Associate in Trust & Security, you will support the product team responsible for data modernization across Chase's Trust & Security data ecosystem. You will help maintain product artifacts, gather and document requirements, track delivery progress, support stakeholder routines, and contribute to the execution of a next-generation data platform on AWS — working across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Controls to support scalable capabilities that strengthen fraud detection, decisioning, and customer protection.

Job responsibilities

  • Support product managers in executing the Trust & Security data modernization roadmap by documenting priorities, delivery milestones, adoption measures, and key dependencies.
  • Assist assigned product workstreams through discovery, requirements gathering, backlog refinement, delivery tracking, launch readiness, and post-launch measurement.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Controls partners to track dependencies, risks, readiness criteria, and migration-related follow-ups.
  • Analyze operational, stakeholder, and platform inputs to identify product improvement opportunities, adoption trends, delivery gaps, and areas requiring escalation.
  • Maintain product artifacts including roadmaps, requirements, status updates, success metrics, meeting notes, action trackers, and decision logs.
  • Document technical, operational, regulatory, and control requirements in partnership with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support delivery planning and adoption readiness.
  • Support readiness planning with platform owners and operations teams by tracking parity needs, non-functional requirements, operational controls, and runbook inputs.
  • Coordinate delivery activities for next-generation platform capabilities that improve access to trusted, governed, real-time signals for fraud detection and decisioning use cases.
  • Support documentation of shared data contracts, data quality expectations, freshness targets, lineage needs, and governance standards in partnership with Engineering, Architecture, and data owners.
  • Track product health, adoption progress, delivery milestones, consumer onboarding, migration readiness, and open dependencies, preparing updates and escalation materials for product leadership.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, technology delivery, data analysis, business analysis, operations, risk, or financial services technology.
  • Working knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements documentation, backlog support, delivery tracking, launch readiness, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and translate customer, business, technical, and control needs into clear documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery tracking materials.
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and supporting stakeholder routines with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Controls, and business partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting modernization, migration, platform delivery, or technology change initiatives, including dependency tracking and readiness coordination.
  • Familiarity with data platform concepts such as real-time data, cloud platforms, data quality, lineage, governance, reporting, and product analytics.
  • Understanding of controls, data governance, regulatory considerations, data quality, issue management, and risk-aware delivery practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear status updates, meeting materials, action trackers, and concise summaries for product leadership.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with cloud-based data modernization, platform delivery, fraud technology, AI/ML enablement, data products, or financial services transformation.
  • Experience with Agile tools, product roadmapping tools, reporting dashboards, data analysis, SQL, Jira, Confluence, or related delivery management tools.
