Full Job Description
Eaton's Mil-Aero division is currently seeking a Product Sales Manager - Mil-Aero

This role is remote within the United States. The candidate must reside within the Southeast Territory.

What you'll do:

The Product Sales Manager role is part of ITD America sales organization, responsible for an assigned territory and set of customers in the military and aerospace markets. The role reports to the Mil-Areo Sales Leader of ITD Americas.

The individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. They will lead growth opportunities through the stages of the selling cycle and applying value selling with particular emphasis on developing winning capture strategies. The individual will be responsible for managing and driving manufacturer sales representative's activity in the assigned territory.

In this role you will:

  • Own sales performance for the assigned territory by achieving revenue, bookings, profitability, and pricing objectives while maintaining accurate forecasts and reporting.
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline through direct engagement and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Lead territory sales execution across all channels, including distributor networks and manufacturer sales representatives, through coaching, training, and performance oversight.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to develop business cases, support product launches, and align customer requirements with business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize customer value and profitable growth while leveraging internal pricing and contracts resources.
  • Support strategic planning and SIOP processes by providing market intelligence, demand forecasts, portfolio insights, competitive analysis, and participation in Profit Plan reviews.


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Six (6) years of business development, program management, marketing or sales associated with the military or aerospace markets.
  • Two (2) years of experience selling products for OEM and Tier 2 customers
  • Must reside within one of the states within the southeast territory (Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.)
  • This position required use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be a U.S. person or U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $132,000-$175,559.

Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
