The Product Sales Executive (PSE) - Education & Workforce Solutions (EWS)-is responsible for advancing the business goals of the Customer Services Education & Workforce Solutions organization through account penetration, profitable service growth, and a continuous focus on customer satisfaction. The EWS PSE will be the primary partner to equipment sales, dealers, and service sales within the assigned territory.
- Focus on growth opportunities and strategic markets by developing plans to maximize revenues by offering our education/ workforce solutions products.
- Leverage sales channels, partnering with equipment and services sales teams to drive new sales opportunities.
- Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities.
- Review terms and conditions with customer senior leaders
- Lead contract negotiations where appropriate
- Utilize Data Analytics to best align business development activities.
- Directly manage and close sales opportunities within territory.
- Provide customer account relationship management by serving as the primary contact for Education & Workforce Solutions within their respective territory.
- Develop strategic partnerships with influential customer accounts through regular customer contact and proper product positioning.
- Represent EWS portfolio and products at customer meetings, providing presentations, services positioning, and consultative support as needed.
- Work with EWS product management and Growth & Innovation to gather market intelligence.
Education and/or Experience- Deep understanding of healthcare workforce management programs such as: MSP, VMS, RPO or Direct Hire.
- BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree as applicable to role.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting staff augmentation programs within the Healthcare field.
- Understanding of healthcare education marketplace, preferably relative to diagnostic imaging and therapy.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, ability to present.
- Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
- Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Miller-Heimen, etc.
- Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Experience working with or for large IDNs.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
- Ability to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders.
- Must be results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs.
This position includes a base plus commission (uncapped) In addition, a car for transportation for work and personal.
This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver's license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).The base pay range for this position is:
$80,800 - $111,100
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
