Technical Product Owner - Workday will lead and participate in the business solution analysis, testing, implementation and ongoing support activities for Finance and HCM Integrations. The primary responsibilities emphasize business analysis plus coordinating and leading testing, training and support of new and existing Finance/Talent processes and tools.
The percent of time allocation for management, business analysis, testing and support varies by project assignments and individual experience. This variation in primary responsibilities will be reflected in performance goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Functional/Technical Business Analysis - includes the following:- Research, document and interpret functional requirements for enhancements to existing integrations/processes or
- implementation of new tools/processes
- Design the integrations and data flows in/out of Workday
- Establish and manage relationships with Finance/Talent subject matter experts and Digital Solutions
- Lead development of documentation including process flows, knowledge documents, and training materials
- Identify and follow up to gain decisions on potential changes in scope and requirements
Testing - includes the following:- Test case design
- Scheduled and ad hoc testing and maintenance of existing integrations and business processes
- Act as a Workday tester as new technology tools are developed and evaluated
- Complete testing for Workday integrations requiring UAT testing and signoff
- Document and sharing testing results
Support - includes the following:- Assess the need for change and develop solutions to solve business problems
- Issue identification and follow up with the engagement teams and other escalations as necessary
- Escalation point for Level 3 support ticket follow up when assigned including communications and alignment with Digital Solutions
Leadership activities and other duties including:- Mentoring of Digital Solutions Team Members
- Build and leverage internal and external networks
- Actively contributing to the development and improvement of Workday team processes
Additional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in business or technology required
- SAFe/Agile Certifications
- Workday Certifications
- Integration Experience
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS- Strong oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Genuine interest and strong aptitude for use of technology
- Strong technical expertise in MS Office suite
EXPERIENCE- Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience required
- Prior public accounting experience with a mid to large size firm(s) or other professional services experience required
- Prior management experience working within a Workday environment

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $111,200 - $190,300
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
