Full Job Description
As a Product Owner reporting to the Sr. Manager of Listings Product Management, you'll play a critical role in shaping innovative, AI-enabled solutions for regulated client-facing platforms and internal tools within Nasdaq's Listings organization.

You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve workflows and deliver exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews to deliver high-quality features in collaboration with cross-functional scrum teams.
  • Design and reimagine end-to-end workflows to optimize efficiency, usability, and regulatory compliance across client-facing and internal platforms - including developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify, envision, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance product capabilities, streamline processes, and improve user experiences; stay current with AI developments relevant to product management and financial services.
  • Manage relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders - facilitating meetings, coordinating priorities, and communicating project status, roadmaps, and issues clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, coordinating work scheduling and delivery across teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development and workflow optimization.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, CPO, or equivalent).
  • Experience in financial services, capital markets, or a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles, workflow automation, or business process improvement.
