  • Translate client requests, operational needs, and business goals into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Define product requirements using established product management and agile methodologies, including backlog management, user story mapping, process flows, and requirements traceability.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and solution development teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

  • Work closely with application architects, development teams, and QA teams to ensure product functionality is accurately designed, built, tested, and delivered.

  • Participate in solution design discussions and validate that proposed changes align with business needs and product strategy.

  • Support release planning, implementation strategy, and rollout execution to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

  • Provide product guidance, user documentation, and training for new product capabilities and enhancements.

  • Monitor product outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and operational performance to continuously improve solutions.

  • Apply strong leadership and prioritization skills to balance competing demands and drive timely delivery of business value.
