About The Role:

ARC is looking for a talented Product Owner to join our Traverse team! In this role, you will executetheproductstrategy,evolutionanddeliveryofARC27scorporate travel technology platforms, including Universal Connect and Dashthrough a highly collaborative and execution-oriented approach. You will operate as a key partner toproductleadership, translating strategic direction into coordinated execution across engineering, UX, partner integrations, and customer-facing initiatives. You will blend strong product thinking, technical fluency, and operational leadershipto drive alignment and momentum across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will balanceroadmap execution,deliverypriorities,and day-to-day product decisionswhile helpingbring the broader product vision to life acrossenterprise and partner experiences.

What You27ll Get to Do:

  • Product Execution & Roadmap Leadership.Driveproductdeliverablesanddrive strategyexecution across multiple product platforms and workstreams, including APIs, enterprise applications, and partner integrations.Translate product vision and strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, epics, user stories, and delivery plans.Lead quarterly planning, prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management across teams.Maintain alignment between business priorities, customer needs, and engineering delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership.Drivealignmentonstrategic product prioritiesandpartnerclosely with Engineering, Architecture, UX/UI, DevOps, QA, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.Influence and guide cross-functional teams without direct management authority.Identifyand remove delivery blockers whilemaintainingmomentum across initiatives.Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Insight& Product Decision Support.Develop a deep understanding of airline, hotel, enterprise, and traveler workflows.Gather and synthesize customer feedback, operational insights, usage data, and market trendsand emerging customerneedsto informproactively shapeproductexecutionand prioritization.Independentlyidentifyproduct opportunities, gaps, and workflow improvements aligned with broader product vision.Help balance strategic platform goals with real-world customer implementation needs.
  • Technical & Platform Collaboration.Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to understand technical constraints, platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and system dependencies.Participate in solution discussions and help translate complex technical concepts into business and customer impact.Influenceandsupportscalable platform design decisions across multiple products and partner ecosystems.
  • Partner & Implementation Support.Represent ARCandcollaboratewith external partnersin strategicdiscussions, including airlines, hotels, enterprise customers, and technology providers, as needed.Help guide implementation strategy and onboarding approaches for strategic customers and integrations.Ensure customer and partner feedback loops are incorporated into roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • You27ll Bring These Qualifications:
    • Bachelor27s Degreeor equivalent work experiencerequired
    • 7-10years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or related leadership roles
    • Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
    • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, and platform-based product development
    • Demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously
    • Experience balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
    • Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
    • Ability tooperateeffectively in fast-moving, evolving environments with ambiguity
    • Experience working with external enterprise customers or strategic partners preferred
    • Airline, travel technology, SaaS platform, or enterprise workflow experience is a plus
    • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and modern cloud-based product ecosystems preferred
