About the Team: Join our TikTok-PGC-Entertainment Vertical team and play a vital role in empowering entertainment partners around the world! As an Entertainment Publisher Product Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll focus on enhancing the experience of Entertainment (Film & TV) partners on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short video space. If you're passionate about building innovative products, the entertainment industry, and enjoy building global connections, this role is for you. - Responsible for driving Spotlight's organic marketing strategy and promotional product strategy for entertainment (film & tv) partners worldwide, including defining new or local market strategies - Lead innovative IP/title marketing organic campaigns and creator activations, defining success metrics and driving campaign success from planning to execution - Define product and data requirements for promotional product features and drive features from development to launch - Use data to analyze and continually drive campaigns and product feature optimizations - Collaborate with Partnerships in Spotlight adoption with entertainment partners - Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams such as Product, Partnerships, Data and Legal teams to drive our success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor and above. - 5 years or above working experience at a major company in the entertainment industry, digital marketing or internet content platform/technology industry. - Working experience in film & TV marketing, particularly social marketing, and digital tech products. - Strong data analysis, strategy, and logical thinking skills, able to understand complicated situations, define key problems and develop approaches and cross-functional operational workstreams to solve problems and achieve goals. - Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination and pushing initiatives forward and proactively, result-oriented. - Have empathy and understanding for publishers, creators, and users Preferred Qualifications - Overseas working experience is a plus. - MBA is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $198360 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
