Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Product Offer Manager - Medium Voltage (MV) to lead the performance, competitiveness, and commercial success of the MV Primary Equipment portfolio. In this role, you will be accountable for financial performance management, pricing governance, market intelligence, offer strategy development, lifecycle leadership, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, technical expertise in MV systems, commercial agility, and a collaborative leadership approach. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that Schneider Electric's MV Primary portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy

Lead market research initiatives to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Translate insights into actionable product and commercial strategies in collaboration with R&D.

Product Launches

Oversee planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational readiness, and market requirements.

Demand Forecasting

Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Operations, and SIOP teams to build accurate demand forecasts that support capacity planning and business continuity.

Pricing Strategy

Define and maintain pricing strategies that maximize margin performance while ensuring competitive market positioning.

Product Positioning

Ensure effective market positioning of MV Primary offers, providing clear differentiation, customer value articulation, and competitive advantages.

Marketing Promotion & Communications

Partner with marketing teams to develop compelling promotional campaigns, collateral, and communication materials that drive product visibility and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial teams, global LoBs, R&D, Supply Chain, and country leadership to ensure cohesive execution of strategies and operational alignment.

Sales Enablement

Develop and maintain offer marketing content, deliver training to commercial teams, and provide ongoing support to help secure new opportunities and drive order growth across the MV portfolio.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field with strong technical aptitude.
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related commercial/technical discipline.
  • Must have strong technical understanding of MV equipment and power distribution systems; experience with Metal-Clad switchgear, protection and control architectures, power monitoring, and digital services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical, commercial, and leadership audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and global teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategy is highly desirable.
