Team Overview

The Product Marketing team at TransUnion is responsible for driving go-to-market strategy by shaping product positioning, messaging, and market differentiation. The team plays a critical role in launching and enabling products by partnering closely with product, sales, and marketing to translate innovation into customer value and business impact.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director within the Product Marketing division. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM strategy, messaging, storytelling, pitch decks, promotional collateral, and sales enablement for TransUnion’s Identity, Audiences, and Measurement solutions
  • Partner with product management to develop GTM strategy, track KPIs, and co-manage pipeline and revenue across US and global markets
  • Manage cross-functional execution of go-to-market programs, including collaboration with international teams (UK, Canada, Germany, India, South Africa)
  • Drive market awareness through industry events, speaking engagements, and thought leadership, supported by market research and competitive analysis
  • Diagnose client and prospect needs, translating into questions and use cases, architect the story and position to solve critical client marketing opportunities
  • Apply AI and machine learning–driven insights to inform product positioning, audience strategy, and go‑to‑market decisions, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, customer‑centric value stories
  • Work closely with the respective functions in marketing (Marketing Planning & Management, Campaign Management, Content, Events, Media, Branding & Design, Web teams) to execute GTM strategies and report/synthesize results against KPIs

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, DaaS or SaaS Product Management, Product Strategy, Marketing Analytics at a Professional Services/Consulting/Agency, and/or other related functions across marketing/advertising technology
  • Experience working with big brands and establishing go-to-market strategy for the AdTech/MarTech industry, with comprehension of marketing analytics, media strategy, data management/integrations, and data science
  • Experience working with AI, Automation, consumer insights, and machine learning, with fluency in applying these to product marketing and go-to-market strategies
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market programs for impactful product launches and arming the sales team for success throughout the buyer journey
  • Demonstrated history of leading innovative positioning and enablement initiatives to drive significant revenue growth, with a strong obsession for customer insights and curiosity for the “why behind the buy”

Required Technical Skills

  • Fluency in leveraging AI‑powered tools (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI) to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, content creation, and sales enablement at scale
  • Comprehension of marketing analytics, data management/integrations, and data science
  • Ability to track key performance indicators to monitor and enhance product marketing effectiveness

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $126,700.00 - $190,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
