impact for our structural hardware and custom automation products.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role. You will define how Vention's hardware solutions
are positioned in the market, build the content and enablement that moves deals forward, and
lead campaigns from brief to launch and ongoing sustainment. This role works closely with
Product, Growth, Sales, and Brand teams and will drive high-visibility go-to-market initiatives in
the business.

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Leadership
• Own product marketing execution for Vention's Hardware and custom automation
portfolio, including positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and
differentiation.
• Execute go-to-market plans for new launches and major releases in collaboration with
Product, Growth, Brand and Sales leaders.
• Define target audiences, core use cases, launch narratives, channels, and asset
requirements.
• Ensure consistent product messaging across website, campaigns, and sales-facing
materials.
• Drive sustainment of existing products through refreshed collateral, campaigns, and
storytelling.

Sales Enablement
• Develop commercial sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, product overviews,
objection handling, and competitive positioning.
• Support delivery of commercial sales training to ensure strong product understanding
and consistent messaging.
• Partner with Product on technical training content while contributing to commercial
framing and storytelling.
• Equip BDRs/Sales with tools and narratives to articulate the product value to different
customer personas.
• Engage directly in strategic deals and competitive situations where strong product
narrative can move the outcome.

Marketing Communications & Collaboration
• Lead product marketing & contribution to campaigns - owning the brief, reviewing copy
and creative, and ensuring products are represented accurately across all channels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Web, Content, and Events teams to ensure software
products are represented accurately and consistently.
• Support events, tradeshows, webinars, and other marketing programs with product
knowledge and positioning.
• Apply analytical thinking to messaging and campaign performance, leveraging user
feedback, experimentation, and funnel insights to improve impact.
• Present product updates, launch overviews, and campaign results to internal
stakeholders.

Product Strategy & Market Intelligence
• Partner with Product Management to gather market insight, customer feedback, and
competitive intelligence.
• Contribute to product packaging, naming, and positioning discussions with Product and
Brand Marketing.
• Support Annual Product Roadmap planning and Quarterly Product Reviews with market
and customer insights.

Long-Term Impact & Growth
• Lead go-to-market strategy, product narratives, and ongoing sustainment marketing for
our key HW playbooks: Structural and Custom Robotic Automation
• Drive measurable impact on product interest, lead flow, pipeline, and revenue through
improved product storytelling, content, and sales enablement.
• Work with Growth and Brand Marketing to continuously ensure our best product
messaging and value is communicated in our content, ads, events, and webpages

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, hardware, or industrial applications.
  • Proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies and delivering successful product launches.
  • Strong skills in product positioning, value proposition development, and messaging.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable working with data, running tests, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, design, and engineering teams.
