Job Description:

The Impact You'll Make

You will play a key role in growing our presence in the North American HVACR market, helping customers unlock energy efficiency and performance through clear, compelling product value. This is your chance to turn technical innovation into real-world impact across commercial HVACR, clean rooms, and distribution applications.

Working with a global, high-performing team, you will shape how our solutions are positioned and adopted, enabling partners, sales teams, and customers to succeed. If you enjoy connecting strategy, technology, and customer value-this role puts you at the center of it all.

You'll join a collaborative, international environment where your ideas matter, and where you can build both your expertise and influence in a rapidly evolving industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Translate product features into customer value, creating clear value propositions and solution narratives for key HVACR applications
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, white papers, and training that drive adoption and growth
  • Partner with Product Management and Vertical teams on product launches and provide market feedback to shape future strategy
  • Lead "energy audit and solution selling" initiatives, including calculations and real-world testing with partners across selected markets
  • Create competitive insights and sales tools, such as comparison materials and "fighting guides," to strengthen market positioning

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in HVACR with strong product marketing expertise and a track record of driving growth
  • Solid understanding of HVACR applications and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating across teams and regions
  • A proactive, organized, and curious mindset, with willingness to travel (approximately 40-50 days per year)

  4. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000- $160,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
