  • Translate technical capabilities into business benefits that resonate with C-suite, IT, compliance, and operational stakeholders
  • Support white label efforts for partners and resellers as this revenue channel grows

Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to understand market dynamics, competitor positioning, and emerging threats
  • Maintain competitive battle cards and positioning documents that enable sales teams to win against key competitors
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology shifts that impact the archiving and compliance landscape
  • Provide strategic recommendations to product management based on market insights and competitive gaps

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features including AI-based capabilities, releases, and market expansions, driving awareness, adoption and revenue
  • Create launch plans that coordinate across product, sales, marketing, and partner teams
  • Define target segments and account criteria to optimize sales focus and resource allocation
  • Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives

Sales & Partner Enablement
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to develop compelling pitch decks, demo scripts, and sales plays
  • Create comprehensive sales enablement materials including one-pagers, solution briefs, ROI calculators, and objection handlers
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure sales teams are equipped with current messaging, competitive intelligence, and industry insights
  • Work with the partner team to develop co-marketing materials and enablement resources for channel partners
  • Participate in key sales opportunities to provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance

Content Development & Thought Leadership
  • Develop high-impact content including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and solution guides
  • Collaborate with customers to create compelling success stories and testimonials
  • Work with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) to ensure accurate representation and favorable positioning
  • Contribute to industry publications and speaking opportunities to establish thought leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product management to influence roadmap priorities based on market feedback and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with demand generation to develop targeted campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Work with corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency and message alignment
  • Coordinate with customer success to gather insights, develop retention strategies, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Integrate closely with other product marketers to ensure cohesive portfolio messaging and identify cross-sell opportunities

Customer & Market Engagement
  • Conduct customer interviews and advisory board sessions to gather insights and validate positioning
  • Engage with prospects throughout the sales cycle to understand buying criteria and decision processes
  • Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and gather market intelligence
