Minimum qualifications:

As a Product Marketing Manager for Lead Generation, you will serve as the tactical engine driving Google's expansion in these critical arenas. You will take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for our messaging and lead generation portfolio, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that directly test performers. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will dig into market trends, synthesize user research, and build actionable playbooks that help advertisers leverage Rich Communication Services (RCS) and agentic lead tools to drive verifiable business growth.

You will be a proactive contributor who grows on ambiguity and complex problem-solving. By partnering deeply with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales leadership, you will influence product roadmaps and execute medium-to-large-scale campaigns that establish Google as the undisputed leader in conversational commerce and lead generation.

  • Develop critical user journeys and cohesive lifecycle strategies to drive step-changes in user growth for new innovations like Agentic Lead Form Ads and RCS Message Ads.
  • Manage stakeholder interests across Product, Engineering, and global Sales teams, acting as a trusted partner to ensure alignment on 2026 business objectives.
  • Create and execute medium-to-large-scale marketing campaigns and sales enablement programs that clearly communicate the value of Google's solutions to both C-level executives and practitioners.
