We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help sharpen how the market sees us as we enter our most exciting chapter yet. In this role, you'll shape the positioning and messaging behind our products, build the tools our sales team relies on to close deals with confidence, and help drive successful launches as new products come to market. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate what we build into a story that makes skills-based hiring and Return on Talent Investment click for the people who need it most.

In this role you get to:

  • Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for Harver's products and new feature releases
  • Build and maintain the sales enablement toolkit - battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers - that helps our sales team tell our story with confidence
  • Partner with Product to understand roadmap priorities and translate technical capabilities into customer-facing value
  • Plan and execute go-to-market activities for product launches and updates - including webinars, data sheets, and customer communications - coordinating across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to keep our messaging sharp and differentiated
  • Track and analyze launch and campaign performance to continuously sharpen our marketing strategy
  • Support content creation - case studies, web copy, interactive assets, product pages - that communicates our value clearly to prospective customers
  • Track and share industry trends


We're looking for people who have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related B2B marketing role, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills - you can turn technical capability into clear customer value
  • Experience building sales enablement content such as battlecards, decks, or one-pagers
  • A track record of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in talent acquisition, HR tech, or people analytics
  • (Preferred) Writing samples or a portfolio of past product marketing content, such as customer stories or launch materials
  • (Preferred) Experience at a smaller or resource-lean company
