Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

Chase’s Channel Enablement Team is seeking a Product Manager to own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Performance Driven Ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, Marketing Operations, and Lines of Business to ensure what we build is usable, adoptable, and measurably improves marketer and end-user outcomes. You will bring a strong understanding of marketing, marketing operations, and marketing technology, proactively identify capability, and experience gaps, and translate stakeholder feedback into scalable, future-proof product recommendations and rollout plans. You will also lead marketer-facing communications and white glove support for migrations and launches to drive adoption and minimize disruption.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the line-of-business-facing end-to-end GTM plan for the Performance Driven Ecosystem, including positioning, rollout strategy, readiness, adoption goals, and stakeholder narrative.
  • Shape external-facing documentation for new Performance Driven Ecosystem capabilities and partner with Marketing Operations and Lines of Business to operationalize capabilities within existing campaign workflows.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Technology, Marketing Operations, and business stakeholders, bringing awareness to dependencies, requirements, and risks that could impact solutions in discovery.
  • Translate marketer needs into clear requirements, ensuring solutions are designed for usability, scalability, and effective day-to-day execution.
  • Identify and address gaps across processes, tooling, data, controls, documentation, and training that could hinder adoption, and drive plans to close them.
  • Build and manage stakeholder engagement models, including forums, office hours, pilot groups, and feedback channels, to continuously gather input, validate direction, and align on change impacts, governance, approvals, and communications.
  • Leverage feedback and usage insights to guide product teams in developing future-proof solutions that address evolving marketing needs.
  • Own marketer-facing communications and enablement activities for launches and migrations, including announcements, FAQs, how-to guides, training materials, and ongoing updates.
  • Provide white-glove support during key launches and migrations through office hours, escalation management, and troubleshooting coordination, while establishing a scalable self-service enablement model.
  • Define and track GTM and adoption KPIs, including readiness, activation, engagement, retention, migration completion, satisfaction, and operational stability, and incorporate retrospective learnings into repeatable launch standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, product marketing, marketing technology, or a relevant domain area.
  • Experience supporting enterprise platform migrations, deprecations, or ecosystem rollouts involving multiple lines of business and user segments.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing measurement concepts (e.g., attribution, incrementality, testing, audience strategy, KPI hierarchies).
  • Experience partnering with marketing operations teams on process design, training, and scaled enablement models.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products and solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across varying levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technology considerations to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience supporting digital, channel enablement, customer experience, or platform-based products.
  • Experience utilizing data analytics, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform product strategy.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams and business functions.
