Product Marketing Managerfal is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing execution of model launches on fal.
We work closely with leading AI labs around the world to bring new image, video, audio, and multimodal models to developers. Model launches are one of the biggest parts of our marketing engine, and we're looking for someone who can run them from initial partner conversations through launch and post-launch amplification.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll be the primary marketing point of contact for our model partners and coordinate across fal's marketing, product, design, engineering, and partnerships teams to make sure every launch comes together.
What you'll do- Own model launches end-to-end. Turn upcoming model releases into clear launch plans with timelines, deliverables, owners, and distribution.
- Manage partner relationships. Join partner calls, coordinate launch timing and requirements, communicate plans, and own the review and approval process.
- Coordinate launch execution. Work across social, landing pages, demos, prompt guides, creator programs, competitions, video, and other launch assets to get everything shipped on time.
- Run the launch calendar. Maintain visibility into upcoming releases, changing timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple partners and launches at once.
- Build post-launch momentum. Plan follow-up content and amplification so launches don't end after announcement day.
- Own the feedback loop. Send materials for review, consolidate partner feedback, coordinate revisions, and get assets across the finish line.
- Improve how we launch. Build repeatable processes, templates, and playbooks that let us support more model launches without sacrificing quality.
What we're looking for- 3-6+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, GTM, integrated marketing, or a similar role.
- Exceptional project management skills. You're comfortable running several fast-moving launches simultaneously without dropping details.
- Strong partner-facing communication skills and confidence representing fal externally.
- Strong marketing judgment. You can take a product release and understand what the story is, who should care, and which channels and assets will make it land.
- Bias toward action. You're comfortable working with incomplete information, changing timelines, and launches that sometimes move with very little notice.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and learning new AI products quickly.
- Genuine interest in generative media and the rapidly evolving model ecosystem.
You'll thrive here ifYou like being at the center of a lot of moving pieces. You're the person who knows what's launching, when it's launching, what still needs to get done, and who needs to make the next decision.
