OverviewAs the Product Marketing Manager for our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)risksolutions, you will serve as a strategic partner to Product and Sales, responsible for translating product capabilities into differentiated value that resonates with buyers and drives revenue growth. You will lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, develop clear positioning and messaging rooted inmarketinsight, and ensure sellers are equipped with the rightartifactsand resources to engage and win. In addition to supporting our EHS portfolio, you will help develop industry-specific commercialization strategies and messaging for key vertical markets, including Manufacturing, Transportation, andConstruction. You will also inform broader marketing strategy by providing messaging frameworks and productexpertisethat help shapeGTMinitiatives,campaigns, events, and content. With fluency in the SaaS development lifecycle and sales processes, you will connect what we build to how it's sold,ensuring our products show up in the right markets, speak to the right buyers, and support the sales pipeline by accelerating competitive wins and driving revenue.
Responsibilities
- With input from Product, deeply understands what is being built and why to own the translation of product features and functionality into differentiated product messaging, value propositions, positioning, and differentiators forEHS riskbuyers and relevant vertical markets.
- Develops a deep understanding of our markets and buyers in theEHS andinsurablerisk management space by conductingmarketresearch and gathering insights, including market pressures, competitors, buyer pain points and challenges, channels where buyers discover, evaluate, and engage with our products, and their purchase motivators, and then socializing those insights with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services.
- Owns the development ofthe commercial GTMstrategyfor the productandplanslaunch and sales readiness in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders,with a focus ondrivingproduct-level bookings,buyerdemand,marketawareness,andclientadoption.
- Supports theBrand +Content, Events, and Growthteamsin developing and executing GTM strategy at each stage of the sales funnel, includinginformationblogs, white papers, case studies, sell sheets, videos, press releases, webinars, events, speaking engagements, and other marketing and sales enablement assets.
- With input from Product and Sales, identifies and prioritizes target markets, segments, accounts, and industry-specific opportunities based on market size, organizational maturity, and other criteria to define market opportunities for the product portfolio, build business cases, and support expanding market presence or entering new marketsfor the EHS portfolio.
- Conducts, synthesizes, and socializes win/loss analysis, buyer insights,marketshifts,andcompetitive intelligenceto guide product positioning, inform roadmap decisions, support feature prioritization, surface competitive trends,andidentify emerging market opportunities forbothProductand Sales.
- Owns the development, socialization, and execution of product and salesartifacts andcollateral,includingmarketneeds,commercial GTMstrategy and briefings, salesreadinessresources, launch plans, product overviews,pitchdecks, and sales sheets.
- With input from Product, Sales, and market research partners, develop differentiated competitive positioning for battle card creation and competitive analysis to support revenue growth and product adoption.
- In collaboration withtheSales Enablementfunction, develops targeted sales collateral, talk tracks, and objection-handling resources that equip sellers to connect buyer needs with product capabilities and accelerate deal cycles.
- Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on ourEHSproducts andassociatedmarketswithin workplace safetyfor the broader Marketing team; providesstrategybriefs and messaging frameworks that serve as the foundation for Marketingfunctionsto develop content strategies, demand campaigns,channel marketing initiatives,analyst relations,andrelated marketcommunications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-5years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS,softwaredevelopment, andsales.
- Ability to drive impactby leading GTM initiativesandinfluencing andaligning stakeholders across the organization (including Marketing, Services, Product, and Sales)tosecuretheirbuy-in.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of success across all key areas ofproduct marketingresponsibility, such ascompetitive win rates,increased deal velocity,new product bookings,productadoptionand utilizationmetrics,and the ability to analyzedata, draw conclusions, and develop recommendationsas an expert on the EHSproduct andmarket.
- Certification in Product Marketing is a plus.
- Experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS),workplacesafetyclaims and incidents, operational risk management, RMIS, Insurtech solutions, andserving regulated industries preferred. Experience marketing to Manufacturing,Construction, and Transportationmarkets is a plus.
- Experience and comfort presenting tocross-functional teamsand orchestratingGTMmotions.
