Full Job Description
NTT DATA's Client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology products. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, UX designers, and delivery teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. The ideal candidate possesses strong product management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering enterprise software products using Agile methodologies. Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into product features. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to support Agile delivery. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, quality assurance, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle. Lead product discovery, feature prioritization, release planning, and continuous product improvement. Monitor product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and analytics to drive data-informed decisions. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify product enhancements and innovation opportunities. Ensure products comply with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress effectively to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Support change management, product adoption, and user enablement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in IT, including product management, product ownership, business analysis, or solution delivery. Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software products through the complete product lifecycle. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product management practices. Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and release plans. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with global, cross-functional teams. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of experience working with AI, Generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions. Understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering. Experience with AI-enabled enterprise applications or digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, and enterprise AI security considerations. Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms. Product management certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent are a plus. NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is hourly range $70.00/hr to $75.00/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
