Product Manager

We are partnering with a leading multinational telecommunications technology company to find an experienced Product Manager. If you have a passion for defining digital roadmaps, driving customer experience, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced telecom environment - this one is for you!t

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop digital product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate market needs into actionable plans
  • Partner with IT, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams for product launches
  • Oversee full product lifecycle from concept to benefit realization
  • Use data, KPIs, user feedback, and market trends for decision-making and ROI tracking
  • Drive improvements in product quality, performance (speed, latency), and user experience
  • Investigate persistent issues, find root causes, and implement solutions to reduce escalations
  • Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and current/future state mapping
  • Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable user stories

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
