About the Role
As a Product Manager at Titan, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent development - from customer discovery to deployment at scale. You'll work directly with MSP leadership, engineering, and the AI team to design solutions that integrate seamlessly into real-world workflows. This role blends deep customer empathy with strong technical understanding, and you'll have the opportunity to shape the product vision from the ground up.

What You'll Do
  • Build, design, and optimize AI agents in close collaboration with customers - mapping workflows, diagnosing pain points, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Embed with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and become a trusted advisor on their AI roadmap.
  • Partner with engineering to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and tight feedback loops.
  • Develop and maintain a product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog for your portfolio of agents.
  • Collaborate with GTM and design teams to ensure seamless deployments and strong adoption.
  • Represent Titan externally in customer and prospect meetings, pilots, and industry events.


Who You Are
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in product management, consulting, engagement management, or as a founder/operator.
  • Strong technical acumen - comfortable understanding AI workflows, data flows, and integration constraints.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in environments with high ambiguity, rapid iteration, and cross-functional ownership.
  • Bonus: experience with AI/ML-powered products, enterprise automation, or IT services.
