As a Technical Product Manager, you support and drive strategic product initiatives. You quickly build a clear understanding of platform technical capabilities and limitations to translate business needs into precise requirements. You help manage projects from planning through launch, maintaining end-to-end ownership across roadmap development, release readiness, and post-launch enablement. You work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success teams to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions. You use data, client feedback, and market insights to make informed product decisions, improve product value, and support successful adoption.
Responsibilities- Support Senior Product Manager across strategic operations workstreams.
- Translate business priorities into clear technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans, leading scoping calls and producing crisp written outputs.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact capabilities.
- Drive execution across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch iteration, taking end-to-end ownership of roadmap development projects from requirements through delivery, release readiness, and post-development documentation and enablement.
- Establish and maintain an intake and triage rhythm for enhancement requests and operational work, ensuring consistent capture of context, impact, dependencies, and recommended priority for leadership decisions.
- Build and maintain a prioritized view of top platform risks and recurring operational gaps, surfacing risks early and clearly to product leadership to support prioritization decisions.
- Manage cross-functional alignment, dependencies, timelines, risks, and status reporting across multiple initiatives.
- Analyze data, client feedback, and market signals to inform product decisions and improve feature value.
- Oversee product documentation, release notes, internal enablement materials, and stakeholder communications.
- Support client and internal team discussions to clarify requirements, validate use cases, and ensure successful adoption.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate and elevate outcomes, including communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership experience at a software company.
- Experience working on data, AI, ecommerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization products preferred.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, analytics, or automation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation) and drive work to completion across cross-functional teams.
- Experience reading and interpreting API requirements and technical documentation (REST concepts, authentication patterns, payloads, and webhooks fundamentals)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with the Rithum for Brands (ChannelAdvisor) platform
- Intrapreneurial/founder mindset
- Experience with AI tooling for documentation, requirements gathering, and/or building solutions
- Integration-heavy environment exposure (APIs, webhooks)
- Experience using tooling commonly associated with technical delivery and operations (JIRA, Notion, backlog tools, documentation tooling, and basic data analysis)

For this position, the expected base pay range is: $75,000-$130,000 per year.
This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.
For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.
