We are looking for Product Specialist, Controls Products- North American Market. This position will be based at Peachtree Corners GA. This Product Specialist role focuses on Low Voltage Controls within Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products business unit. Key responsibilities include portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, new product introductions, pricing, and lifecycle management.
Ideal candidates will have a background in product management/ specialist, engineering, business marketing, or sales, with a strong interest in portfolio management. Success in this role requires motivation, strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience in the electrical industry.
You'll make a difference with these duties: - The overall responsibility of this position is to lead a segment of Siemens Control Products portfolio for the North American market, with a strong focus on portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, new product launches, sales tool development, pricing strategy, and full lifecycle management, from inception to obsolescence.
- As a globally cross-functional position, it requires regular domestic and international collaboration with teams across Product Management, R&D, Application Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Pricing, Finance, and Data Management. Estimated travel is approximately 10%.

- 8+ years of professional experience, including
- 5+ years of experience with the following:
- Product management/ specialist, marketing, sales, logistics, or R&D with electrical or electromechanical products
- Familiarity with North American industrial and/or construction markets
- Knowledge of low voltage controls (e.g., relays, motor controls, machine safety, etc..)
- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to interpret and develop technical product specifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, report writing, and presentations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications: - Proven experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) or general project management
- Basic level of skill and capability with SAP, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The pay range for this position is 102,459 - 175,644 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
