The
Product Manager Senior will be responsible for the development of products in both new and existing markets.
How you will make an impact:- Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
- Develops and implements long term profitability strategies for market segment including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses.
- Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.
- Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
- Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients.
- Partners cross-functionally to develop GTM materials (FAQs, talking points, product blurbs, etc.) to enable Sales and Account teams, delivering on timelines and meeting/exceeding expectations.
Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:- MBA preferred.
- Health or managed care experience preferred.
- Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience strongly preferred.
- Program Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience strongly preferred.
- Experience developing financial models, requirements, roadmaps, and concept materials is strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $109,112.00 to $ 163,668.00.
