Full Job Description
As Product Manager, you will drive the next stage of product evolution at a fast-growing, profitable marketplace platform serving hundreds of thousands of users. You will work closely with the founders to shape product strategy, translate ideas and customer needs into an actionable roadmap, and partner with engineering and design to bring new product experiences to life.

This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, making data-informed decisions, and taking meaningful ownership over product outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with founders to define and evolve product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Translate big-picture direction into an actionable, prioritized roadmap
  • Build and maintain product frameworks and planning systems supporting short, mid, and long-term goals
  • Serve as the connective link between founders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
  • Own execution of the product roadmap and associated OKRs
  • Translate product vision, customer needs, and business requirements into clear product specifications and PRDs
  • Manage release planning, priorities, dependencies, and coordination across the product team
  • Conduct customer interviews and product discovery to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Analyze customer insights, product usage, and behavioral data to inform product and roadmap decisions
  • Design and run experiments to validate product ideas, improve the user experience, and reduce risk before scaling
  • Define, track, and report on product success metrics, including adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and other relevant business outcomes
  • Continuously evaluate product performance after launch and use learnings to guide iteration and future priorities

Requirements
  • 3 to 5+ years of Product Management experience with clear demonstration of end-to-end product ownership and measurable impact
  • Experience managing and shipping digital products in a SaaS, marketplace, consumer technology, e-commerce, platform, or other technology-driven environment
  • Proven ability to take product initiatives from discovery and definition through development, launch, measurement, and iteration
  • Experience turning customer insights and business needs into clear requirements and specifications for engineering and design teams
  • Experience defining and owning product metrics, KPIs, or OKRs and using them to evaluate product performance
  • Hands-on experience using product analytics, behavioral data, experimentation, or similar methods to influence product decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, diagnose product problems, and make informed prioritization decisions
  • Experience conducting customer discovery and incorporating qualitative and quantitative insights into product strategy
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roadmap priorities and cross-functional dependencies
  • Comfortable working directly with engineering and design teams and taking accountability for execution
  • Skilled at balancing strategic product thinking with hands-on day-to-day execution
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high autonomy and evolving priorities

Benefits
  • Salary: $90,000 to $150,000 CAD
  • Hybrid work model
  • Annual cash bonus tied to company growth
  • Annual performance and compensation reviews
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation
  • Paid statutory holidays
  • Paid sick leave
  • Real autonomy and ownership over projects
  • Growth potential as the company scales
