Job PurposeJob PurposeAt TrainAI, the Product Manager role will lead the development and management of products to support our rater community and delivery of work for our clients, including things like rater payments, project management, and onboarding platforms. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of our business, technology, and user experience for our global community of raters. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building innovative solutions that empower our raters and streamline our project management processes.
Job OverviewKey Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the our platforms to deliver work for clients and manage our rater community.
- Product Development: Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategy, status, and challenges to key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our platforms remain competitive.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and user feedback to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or AI-driven company.
- Experience with platform products, payment systems, or two-sided marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Experience working with global and remote teams.
- A passion for building user-centric products and a deep empathy for our rater community.

Base Pay$140,000 - $160,000 / year
Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
