Full Job Description
This role is an opportunity to lead a high-profile pharmacy program for a key client, focused on product listing agreement strategy and governance. As Pharmacy Product Manager, you will contribute directly to our mission of delivering sustainable, evidence-based benefits solutions by helping the client make informed decisions about drug coverage and plan priorities. You will act as the central liaison between the client, internal teams, and external partners, coordinating priorities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring clear, consistent communication. In this role, you will gain deep exposure to strategic client management, governance frameworks, and real-world data, while developing strong organizational and communication skills. Key Accountabilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary owner of a dedicated client-support program, providing expert advice and guidance on program strategy, design, and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, pharmaceutical partners, and internal partners, ensuring timely, responsive, and service-oriented interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular presentations and reporting on program deliverables, tailoring messaging to stakeholder needs and ensuring complex information is communicated clearly.


Program Development and Governance:
  • Design, refine, and maintain pharmacy programming that supports client priorities, aligns with expert assessments and creates positive customer experience.
  • Lead key program initiative from inception to implementation, using strong organizational and planning skills to keep work on track and aligned with business objectives and governance standards.
  • Establish and maintain clear governance frameworks, processes, and documentation to ensure programs are compliant, well-controlled, and consistently delivered.
  • Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders to ensure program solutions are practical, customer-focused, and operationally sound.


Clinical Insights and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Business Insights and Advanced Analytics teams to deliver actionable customer insights.
  • Understand the changing landscape of healthcare and advances in medical technology and their impact on health outcomes.
  • Support clinical and economic evaluation of drugs and drug plan management policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and actively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the managed care sector.


Performance Monitoring:
  • Support real-world data analysis and articulate insights based on health data.
  • Track, measure, and report successes, trends, and anticipated business to manage resources effectively.


Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies):

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related health discipline.
  • Proven program development experience.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management.


Clinical and Industry Knowledge:
  • Health economics and/or drug price negotiation experience is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of group benefits and the healthcare landscape.
  • Ability to anticipate industry trends and identify opportunities related to healthcare and financial services.


Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to varying audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.

Salary range is expected to be between
$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
