Full Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Translate the Partner Banking product strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans while managing day-to-day execution, including backlog prioritization, testing, and launch coordination.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to design, develop, and deliver new features and core platform capabilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure all products meet regulatory, legal, and policy standards.
  • Support partner discovery, onboarding, and ongoing relationship needs by clearly representing product capabilities, constraints, and roadmap direction.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and partner research to identify new product opportunities and enhancements, using stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization.
  • Track and report key product performance metrics, adoption data, and operational outcomes to guide continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor and third-party platform considerations and prepare product documentation, including roadmap updates and stakeholder or partner-facing material.


Required Skills:
  • Strong product management fundamentals, including requirements definition, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Technical fluency to work effectively with engineers on APIs, systems, integrations, and data flows.
  • Understanding of banking, payments, and embedded finance concepts, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional, regulated environment.

Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, financial services, fintech, payments, or a related domain.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting partner banking, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or embedded finance products.
  • Prior experience working closely with risk, compliance, or legal teams.
  • Familiarity with APIs or third-party technology integrations.
