  • Own and manage the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect remediation activities
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and release planning
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution requirements
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, QA professionals, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
  • Validate completed work against approved requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure intended business outcomes are achieved
  • Support enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, client-facing portals, workflow solutions, reporting platforms, and integrated business systems
  • Communicate product plans and support change management, training, and user adoption activities associated with product releases and enhancements
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement across products, processes, and delivery practices

  • Experience working collaboratively with business stakeholders, software development teams, vendors, and implementation partners
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements management, systems integration, and enterprise solution delivery
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on business value and strategic objectives
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications
