Description

Newfire is seeking a Product Manager with SaaS experience to drive the modernization and spearhead the development of a unified, next-generation clinical technology platform for a current healthcare client. This new platform will serve as the foundation for all clinical data and operations across every line of business. By creating a robust and innovative solution, this leader will enable enhanced care management, utilization management, and data-driven decision-making-ultimately working to improve healthcare outcomes for millions of Americans.

The Product Manager on this transformative project is responsible for driving the development and execution of a product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The PM will manage the product lifecycle, oversee market research, and gather customer feedback to enhance product value. This role also involves building strategic partnerships and utilizing performance metrics to continuously improve the product. A strong understanding of B2B SaaS, software development, and customer-centric solutions is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap in partnership with engineers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, anticipate regulatory changes, and assess competitive solutions.
  • Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Design and implement product performance metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to gather end-user feedback and enhance product value and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and establish new partnerships to expand product capabilities when needed.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or a related field, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the software development process and product lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to bring innovative, value-driven products to market.
  • Experience in population health, care management, or utilization management is a plus.

Newfire Global is committed to consistent compensation practices across our organization. Total compensation for this role is market driven, with a salary of $150 ,000 - $ 170,000 + (10% bonus). Base pay is ultimately determined based on a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision coverage, health spending accounts, voluntary benefits, leave of absence policies, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) program with employer contribution, Flexible work schedules and time-off policy, as well as company equipment for all new full-time US-based remote employees.
