Job DescriptionThe RoleThe Product Manager is responsible for building vertical-specific products, working with cross-functional teams, and deploying them to market to drive adoption. This role focuses on gathering requirements through launch across priority vertical capabilities including Healthcare, CPG/Commerce, Travel, Political, and strategic channels.
PMs at MiQ are the connective tissue between commercial needs and technical delivery. You will need to understand how data pipelines, identity solutions, and measurement frameworks work, not to build them yourself, but to translate them into clear product requirements and market-ready capabilities. Coding experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.
What You'll DoProduct Development
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from commercial and GTM stakeholders
- Lead the ideation, scoping, development, and launch of vertical-specific product capabilities
- Build and maintain short-term and long-term product roadmaps, kept current based on market feedback and evolving priorities
- Publish release notes and product updates to keep internal teams informed of what is live and what is coming
- Define product KPIs and metrics to track success and inform continuous iteration
- Ensure features meet market demand through structured testing cycles and feedback loops
Stakeholder Engagement- Align with commercial and GTM teams including Sales, Trading, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Vertical Leads, and Sales Marketing to gather requirements and surface product needs
- Liaise with external data and measurement partners to facilitate audience activation, measurement workflows, and data connectivity required for product delivery
- Present product ideas, gather structured feedback, and represent product priorities in cross-functional conversations
Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement- Partner with GTM functions to support enablement by providing the right documentation, feature guides, and collateral as needed
- Maintain product roadmap visibility externally and internally, updating stakeholders on priorities and progress
- Track product adoption post-launch and surface insights back into the roadmap planning cycle
Technical Collaboration- Translate complex data architectures and measurement frameworks into clear product specs and user-facing requirements
- Develop a working understanding of how data connectivity functions across the product stack, including vertical data sources, DSP exposure logs, bidstream signals, and API integrations
- Work closely with other PMs, Solutions Engineering and the Center of Excellence development team to scope, spec, and deliver product capabilities
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of at least one product or multiple feature sets shipped to market
- Background in programmatic media, digital marketing, or advertising technology; campaign management experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with engineering, data science, and other technical teams as core delivery partners
- Experience presenting product ideas and gathering structured feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge- Working knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem: CTV, Display, Audio, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers and how they work together
- Understanding of measurement and attribution methodologies in digital media
- Familiarity with identity solutions and healthcare or vertical data partners is a strong plus
- Comfort working with data; SQL familiarity, ability to interpret pipeline outputs, and experience working alongside data science teams. Python or scripting experience a plus

Pay TransparencyFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. While the base range of this position is within
$120,000 - $160,000, the actual on target earnings of the role are in the
$150,000 - $200,000 This range may vary for positions outside of New York as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
