Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Product Manager, Market Access Marketing, Bladder located in Horsham, PA. This role will be part of the Value, Access, and Pricing (VAP) team within the Strategic Customer Group (SCG) organization.
SCG develops and executes strategies to ensure optimal access and reimbursement across the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) portfolio. Its responsibilities include account management and customer support for key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. Additionally, SCG provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for Johnson & Johnson's major franchises.
The Product Manager, Market Access Marketing, will work with the Directors to help execute market access strategies across the bladder portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for tactical planning and execution of market access resources to achieve access goals.
Key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the generation and integration of market access insights, including customer feedback, competitive intelligence, market dynamics, and performance metrics, to inform bladder access strategy and business decisions
• Drive the digital market access strategy for bladder, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and access education through innovative digital solutions.
• Lead market access planning and execution for key national and regional conferences, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer engagement objectives
• Serve as the market access operational excellence lead, driving prioritization, process improvement, resource planning, and executional efficiency across the bladder market access team.
• Act as the Market Access Marketing CAC lead for bladder, coordinating cross-functional planning and communications to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Develop and execute market access communication strategies that effectively translate payer, reimbursement, and access updates into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders and field teams.
• Lead the development of access and reimbursement resources, including guides, FAQs, objection handlers, and other field-facing materials that support customer education and access pull-through.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus
• At least 2 years of professional experience in areas such as marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional engagement, sales leadership, or commercial insight strategy
• Proven ability to lead collaboratively across diverse functions, including account management, brand management, strategic planning, legal, finance, HCC, and other key stakeholders
• Experience in project management to ensure timely and effective execution
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, which may include overnight and weekend trips
Preferred:
• Experience with taking assets through Copy Approval Committee (CAC)
• Healthcare industry experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge is preferred
• Strong baseline market access knowledge, including field training and pull-through strategies

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$117,000.00 - $201,250.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
