The Opportunity

As a Manager in EY's Studio+ Marketing Transformation practice, you will help Financial Services organizations transform how they engage customers, advisors, intermediaries, and stakeholders across the marketing value chain. Serving clients across Wealth & Asset Management (WAM), Banking & Capital Markets (BCM), and Insurance (INS), you will combine industry knowledge, marketing transformation expertise, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver innovative, growth-focused solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing transformation engagements across strategy, operating model design, marketing operations, performance measurement, and marketing forecasting.
  • Advise Financial Services clients on B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing models, including ABM, customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, onboarding, cross-sell, advisor enablement, broker distribution, and embedded distribution strategies.
  • Bring leading-edge perspectives on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered personalization, agentic marketing, and modern measurement approaches.
  • Integrate AI-enabled marketing technologies into client solutions and internal delivery methodologies.
  • Manage engagement delivery, including quality, financial performance, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY's impact and value.
  • Coach and develop junior team members while contributing to thought leadership and proposal efforts.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing consulting, marketing transformation, or Financial Services marketing.
  • Experience within Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets, and/or Insurance sectors.
  • Expertise in at least three of: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Operating Model, Marketing Operations, Performance Measurement, or Marketing Forecasting.
  • Experience supporting B2B, B2C, and/or B2B2C marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance client outcomes and productivity.
  • Familiarity with GEO, AI-driven marketing, agentic marketing, and next-generation measurement approaches.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-80%.


Ideally, You'll Also Have
  • Experience within a leading Financial Services institution, agency, or consulting organization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a studio, agency, consulting, or transformation environment.
  • Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled marketing use cases, including generative content, AI agents, and AI-driven personalization.
  • Exceptional executive presence, presentation, and storytelling capabilities.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
