What you'll do day-to-day
Define and drive the infrastructure product roadmap for Legal Technology, with a focus on document storage, metadata architecture, and scalable information access across the department.
Partner with legal, product, and engineering clients to identify pain points, clarify priorities, and translate business needs into infrastructure requirements.
Design infrastructure that supports the retrieval patterns attorneys require-semantic search, deterministic clause retrieval, and relational metadata-and work closely with AI engineers to evaluate where each approach is best suited.
Drive initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
Bring structure to complex, cross-functional efforts by defining scope, dependencies, and success metrics.
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree or higher and five to ten years of relevant product management experience.
Experience working on platform, infrastructure, data, search, content management, or document-centric products is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with storage systems, information architecture, metadata modeling, retrieval systems, or related technical areas is a plus.
Experience partnering closely with software developers on technically complex products.
Exposure to AI-enabled product capabilities, including semantic search, knowledge retrieval, or document processing pipelines, is helpful but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to solve open-ended problems.
