Full Job Description
What you'll do day-to-day
Work closely with investor relations, communications, business development, and investment teams to help develop, market, and maintain investment products, with a focus on the firm's benchmark-relative equity and liquid alternatives product lines.
Review marketing materials, investor questionnaires, and other investor-facing communications.
Support the firm's compliance with applicable marketing, disclosure, and other regulatory requirements.
Gain exposure to the broader process of developing and structuring investment products.
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree or higher and at least four years of experience, with a demonstrated record of achievement in academic and professional endeavors.
Excellent drafting and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to exercise sound and consistent judgment while managing multiple projects in a fast paced commercial environment.
An interest in both the commercial and legal aspects of investment management, a team first attitude, and a commitment to responsiveness and client service.
Prior experience with investor facing materials, at an investment management firm, or in paralegal or compliance work is preferred but not required.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $140,000 to $170,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
