Position Summary:Trulioo verifies businesses and the people behind them at global scale. Our Business Verification (KYB) product is the system enterprises and high-growth companies trust to onboard merchants, meet regulatory needs, and stop bad actors before they enter the platform - across 195+ countries, with the data, document, and watchlist coverage to back it.
We're hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of KYB - setting direction, leading discovery, and shipping new product classes that change how fast and how confidently our customers can onboard a business anywhere in the world. You'll have a point of view on where KYB goes next, defend it with evidence, and change it when the evidence says otherwise. We need a strategic operator who can take new capabilities from concept to launch, adoption, and revenue-generating.
This will be a full-time, permanent position that can be done remotely for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing:- Strategy and roadmap for key KYB capabilities - including the prioritization trade-offs, the bets we're making, and the work we're explicitly not doing
- Customer discovery to develop a deep understanding of enterprise and SMB onboarding, risk, and compliance workflows, translating customer problems into clear product narratives, business cases, and launch plans
- Market and competitive analysis to identify where KYB needs to lead, where parity is enough, and where new product classes should be invented
- Detailed technical requirements developed with Engineering and Data teams, including APIs, platform workflows, data needs, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and trade-offs that unblock execution and support global scale
- New product launches end-to-end - partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support to land new capabilities with enterprise and SMB customers
- Define and manage success metrics such as adoption, conversion, verification rate, match quality, processing time, manual review reduction, revenue impact and customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring:- 5+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping work that moved measurable business or customer outcomes
- Technical fluency - comfortable specifying API behavior, reasoning about platform and data architecture trade-offs, and engaging with engineers as a peer on scope, edge cases, and build-vs-buy decisions
- Analytical rigor - defining the right metrics, instrumenting learning loops, and using data to drive prioritization decisions
- Customer discovery - regularly talking to customers and internal teams, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative signals, and separating urgent asks from durable product opportunities
- Go-to-market experience taking new products from concept through launch with sales, marketing, and CS - ideally including enterprise selling motions
- Stakeholder management and influence without authority across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Compliance, including driving durable alignment on difficult trade-offs
- AI fluency as a default - you use modern AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, prototyping, and engineering communication
- Clear written communication - your strategy docs and PRDs should require minimal interpretation
Nice to Have:- Background in KYB/KYC/AML, merchant onboarding, identity verification, risk, RegTech, financial services, payments, or e-commerce platforms
- Experience shipping AI-powered features, including evaluation methodology and reasoning about non-deterministic outputs
- Experience with global product surfaces - multi-jurisdiction compliance, localization, or international data sourcing
