Full Job Description
Product Manager III to join our Merchant Operations team with a clear mission: automate as much operational friction as possible to deliver the fastest, best experience for merchants across the globe. Every manual step a merchant has to take is a problem waiting to be solved - and you'll be the one solving it.

You will own the team's product direction and strategy, identifying where automation, intelligence, and great design can remove toil from merchant workflows and replace it with speed and clarity. This dynamic position requires frequent collaboration with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape priorities and build the roadmap. You'll need to be productive and adaptable in the face of evolving business priorities, and take responsibility and ownership in turning merchant pain points into seamless, automated experiences.

What you'll be doing:
  • Crafting feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business, and implementation perspectives
  • Gathering insights from our existing merchant base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to help shape product direction for merchant operations workflows
  • Creating easily understood product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design team members
  • Driving implementation and execution of the team's roadmap focused on merchant operational efficiency and scalability
  • Contributing and evaluating new product concepts for consideration in future roadmap plans
  • Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches
  • Defining and reporting on product success metrics tied to merchant operational outcomes
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Becoming the Product SME for the merchant operations product offerings you own
  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role

What you need to bring:

Successful candidates must have a proven product management track record in SaaS products at scale.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within ecommerce, retail operations, and/or SaaS products
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders
  • A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals and successful outcomes
  • Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
  • A solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics
  • Familiarity working in parallel with multiple squads across different time-zones
  • Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations
  • Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
  • Comfortable using AI tools as a force multiplier in your daily work - writing, research, analysis, prototyping, and beyond
  • A builder's mindset: you'd rather ship a rough prototype than write a requirements doc about one

What you need to bring:
  • MBA
  • Understanding of merchant operational workflows including inventory management, order management, reporting, and back-office processes
  • Experience with products that support multi-location retail operations
  • Retail and eCommerce industry experience
  • Familiarity with operational analytics and merchant lifecycle management
  • Personal or side projects that demonstrate hands-on building with AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation)
  • A GitHub account with something in it - we love PMs who can get their hands dirty
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features: smart suggestions, workflow automation, anomaly detection, or similar
