Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • 1 year of experience with recommendation systems, ranking systems or search quality.
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working on a Search product, particularly in a horizontal feature and quality role.
  • Experience in re-imagining user experiences to drive step-change improvements.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with partner teams and organizations, especially Marketing, Data Science, and User Research.
