Who You Are
As a Product Manager, you thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. You are an excellent communicator with strong documentation skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements. You take ownership of execution and delivery, ensuring that initiatives move forward efficiently. You excel at collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify how technology solutions can best support their goals. Your primary focus will be enhancing and evolving our Salesforce-based CRM-and while prior Salesforce experience is not required, you bring a strong eagerness to learn. You're also comfortable working alongside AI agents and agentic coding tools like Claude Code as part of how you plan, document, and ship work, and you're eager to keep building that skill as our team leans further into AI-assisted development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and determine how technology solutions can help meet their needs.
  • Define and prioritize features that deliver measurable value.
  • Translate product vision into well-documented user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Own the backlog, accepting completed stories that meet the definition of done.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs with agility.
  • Manage trade-offs, priorities, and escalations to resolve blockers.
  • Coordinate delivery plans, training, and change management efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure teams understand business objectives and downstream impacts.
  • Track product performance through adoption metrics and user feedback.
  • Use AI agents and agentic developer tools (e.g., Claude Code) to speed up ticket writing, documentation, QA, and other day-to-day product work.


What Makes You a Perfect Fit
  • 2-3 years of product management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working on software products.
  • Background in P&C Insurance or Insurtech, preferably from a broker perspective.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong documentation skills to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Expertise in backlog management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hands-on comfort with agentic AI tools and coding-agent harnesses (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Workspace, Cursor, or similar), and quick to pick up new ones.
  • Skilled in facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Technical knowledge of software engineering and architecture.
  • Salesforce experience is not required, but eagerness to learn is a must.
  • Familiarity with SQL and BI tools like Metabase is a plus.
  • Highly focused on execution and delivery, driving projects to completion.
